The picture above speaks for this film.  Home Sick is a collage of ultraviolent gore in epic proportions. However, even though I am a fan of the Mortal Kombat game and Friday the 13th movie franchises, I cannot rate this film highly. Imagine a story, with wooden dialogue, where every senetence has an exclamation point and that is what you get with this motion picture.  Also, none of the characters are likable or relatable, which is important in a slasher flick since you need to root for someone. The killer is not a choice, as you do not find out who or what it is until the very end.
